Tibetan Healing with Dr. Tenzin Yangdon

Tibetan Gallery & Studio strives to bring all aspects of Tibetan culture to the community.

The original Men Tse Khang was established in 1916 in Tibet by the 13th Dalai Lama. Its main objective is to preserve, promote and practice Sowa Rigpa, the ancient Tibetan system of medicine, astronomy astrology.

Today it is headquartered in Dharamsala, India.

Dr. Tenzin Yangdon graduated in 1992 from Men Tse Khang, Tibetan medical college; she studied traditional Tibetan herbal medicine, acupuncture and holistic Tibetan healing. Dr. Tenzin Yangdon practiced for many years under Doctor Kunga Gyurmey Ngarongsha (the personal physician of His Holiness the Dalai Lama). She travels all over Europe and the US seeing patients, teaching Tibetan healing, giving talks and presentations. She is also a Certified Acupressure practitioner from Acupressure Institute America, and a master herbalist.

The Tibetan Gallery is honored to begin a monthly series with Dr. Tenzin.

 On Saturday January 17th, five private one-hour appointments are available at the Gallery.
